RETURN POLICY

At Tyler Tougas Photography, we take pride in delivering museum-quality prints that meet the highest standards. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS
- We accept returns only for prints that arrive damaged or show manufacturing defects
- Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery
- Please email us with photos of the damaged print and packaging
- A return shipping label will be provided for verified defective items
- Once we receive the damaged print, we'll send a replacement at no additional cost

PLEASE NOTE
- All prints are carefully inspected before shipping
- Color variations between your screen and the actual print are not considered defects
- We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selections
- Custom orders are final sale

To initiate a return for a defective item, please contact our customer support team with your order number and photos of the issue within 24 hours of receiving your order.
